Redeeming your gift card

If you have received a gift card as a present you will need to redeem the monetary value to points on the Chilled Pubs App to enjoy our amazing selection of drinks, fabulous fresh food and beautiful Chilled pubs atmosphere using them.
The Chilled Pubs app is free to download from your app store - for more information you can click here
Once you have downloaded the app you can easily redeem your points using the redemption code on your voucher!
1. After selecting a pub click on "more" at the bottom of the screen.
2 . Select gift cards from the menu
3. Select redeem gift card and enter your redemption code.
Once these steps have been completed your points will be automatically added to your wallet on the app and can then be spent in any of our pubs either by ordering through the app or paying using the tap and pay system - our team would be more than happy to help you if you need it!
